My name is Angel Morgan. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I am dual licensed in Oklahoma and Alabama. I use cognitive behavioral therapy as my choice and I am also trained in TF-CBT and in training for EMDR.
My approach
I mainly use cognitive behavioral therapy along with choice/reality therapy.
My focus
I currently work with anyone over the age of 10. I seem to do very well with teenagers and have specialized in working with young adults on narcissistic abuse recovery.
My communication style
I like to make my clients feel comfortable by providing a warm environment where they feel open to communicate. My current clients say they feel at ease and feel like they have someone to walk this journey with them.
My journey to mental healthcare
My favorite thing about therapy is seeing people's lives change, improve, and become brighter. I became a therapist because of personal experience with a young man when I was little who had the life of several I see today. Many people experience trauma but are unsure of what to do with the residue left behind. I enjoy being on that journey with them and watching the transformation.

I believe my clients will benefit most by choosing a goal they want to achieve while I help them assess their progress along the way.
My first session with you
Clients can expect to receive a warm welcome along with a chance to share basic information to create their treatment plan. I will also explain the type of treatment they can expect to have and offer them a chance to ask questions.
