My communication style
I foster a relaxed environment. Although I am remote, my goal is to build rapport and make the client feel as comfortable as possible.
My journey to mental healthcare
I never felt like I had a voice growing up. My parents were nurturing however I felt like some of my friends and relatives favored my younger brother over me. Now whether or not this is true, I chose this profession as a voice of the voiceless. I never want any of my clients to feel like they have no voice. In my sessions and under my watch your voice matters. You matter!
My goals for you
The client and I discuss the issues they are having, how willing they are to deal with their issues. I also guide them as we discuss the necessary goals in order to help deal with their issues.
My first session with you
Clients should expect a therapist who is genuine and who wears his heart on his sleeve. I view my clients as family. As a matter of fact, from intake and beyond we become family.
